1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Ibra Tours (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://ibra-viptours.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
2. Services Ibra Tours provides private transportation services, including but not limited to:
Airport transfers in Marrakech and surrounding areas.
Inter-city transfers and tourist trips (e.g., Merzouga, excursions).
Chauffeur services (VTC) for weddings and private events.
3. Booking and Payments
Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website forms, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
Pricing: Prices are transparent and agreed upon at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, and additional requests.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via [Cash / Credit Card / Bank Transfer – edit this based on what you accept]. Payment terms will be specified during the booking process.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellation: You may cancel your booking by contacting us directly.
Cancellations made more than [24] hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid).
Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), we will provide a full refund or an alternative solution.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your flight details, pickup times, and contact information.
You are responsible for your behavior and the behavior of your group during the transfer. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ibra Tours will not be liable for any delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left in our vehicles, though we will make every effort to return found items.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Morocco. Ibra Tours and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
